due to regulations at my school, we are not allowed to hold events outside of formal recruitment in order to "recruit" girls and make ourselves known before we start the process, and our formal recruitment starts about 2 weeks after classes begin. so basically all of the sororities wear their letters every single day for the first 2 or 3 weeks of the fall semester, and that's what we have to rely on.
