Yes--I am interested in the NPA sororities and wanted to know how active the sorotiies are at these campus--What is the average size of the sororities?--I would think since there is a smaller number of sororities at these campus--there would not be as much competition.
If you know what was quota at each school? and do most pledge (receive a bid) that wnat to join. At Auburn this is not the case--many horror stories on here in the recruitment stories.
at USF 6% of the female students are members of sororities and at UNF 7%--
compared to 31% at Auburn. I know this may sound like I am comparing "apples to oranges" since Auburn's greek system has been around for a long time--but I know what a big part of the campus the greek system was.
I would appreciate any other input.
I'm a current sorority member at USF and we had a really successful recruitment this year. Quota was in the high 30s and my chapter got 38. All 8 of the chapters are well over total, which is 80. There is talk that we are going to open for expansion in the next few years.

Id say 90-95% of the women that attend pref parties and list all sororities on their bid cards get a bid, so the vast majority end up happy. No recs needed.

Each sorority has at least 1-2 philanthropy events a year that collectively raise around $40,000. We also participate in USF community events twice a year. Greek unity is really good here..we get involved with the NPHC and UGC quite often.

If you have any other questions, shoot me a PM (private message) on here. Good luck to your daughter.
