My school's recruitment schedule is:
Day 1-Philanthropy Day
Day 2-House Tours
Day 3-Preference
In the 1990's (before I went there), I'm pretty sure there were skits performed during House Tours. Girls would spend 20 minutes getting food and going on a Tour, then the skit would be in the last 20 minutes.
When we stopped doing skits, they were replaced with sisterhood videos or slide shows. Each sorority makes a video slide show of their sorority and events. They're all really heartwaarming and show the PNM what the chapter is like.
