To get this thread back on track for you LowLite, I have a suggestion (FWIW): work on writing excellent cover letters. Resumes say a lot, but cover letters and letters of recommendation, in my experience, say even more. If you're not doing this already, be sure to tailor each resume packet to include a cover letter that identifies how your experiences have helped prepare you for the job you're applying for. And also be sure to include letters of recommendation.
