Ok, two things.....
1. - What happened to little girls carrying a cutesy Hello Kitty or Strawberry Shortcake purses? Yall know all she has in there is crayons, stickers and chapstick (or at least that's what I carried in a purse at her age.  )

Could this be Mom's bad? I don't know of any kid that carries a bag that big. Even the kids I saw with real Louis' in LA didn't carry the big ones. They were at least Hello Kitty size.
