like how things worked in a zeta chapter mtg, and
how advisors work with undergrads to "be about the
business of Zeta Phi Beta" for the benefit of all.

I'm talking about Sorors who are 3-4 years removed from the undergrad experience. Of course there is always valuable information to be learned from older Sorors but I personally think its best if that person wants to be so involved with undergrads they need to join the grad chapter and try to become the advisor...
