I guess it's kind of interesting, but it seems like the two had their conclusion already in mind when they wrote the article. Not every couple is all that affectionate in public, and that's especially so for older couples.
It doesn't seem to be much of an issue, although the authors seem pretty hung up on any possible mental health issues that McCain may or may not have.
The fact that it's on the Huffington Post doesn't exactly give it much credibility as any sort of objective analysis, but interesting nonetheless.
