- I have red hair even though my mom has black hair and my dad brown hair...my siblings have dark brown hair...
- I am the only female trombone player to ever give a recital at the University of Houston, and will be the first female trombone player to graduate with a degree in music from UH!
- I have never been out of the country, but I am going to Mexico in June.
- My fiance irritated me so much when I first met him that I would ask sorority sisters to please rescue me if they ever saw him near me...He repeatedly asked me out for a year before I was willing to cave in
- I absolutely refuse to use Ouija boards or play any of those "slumber party" games. I have NEVER participated.

- My first college roommate was born on the same day at the same hospital only 30 minutes after me. Our dads both work at NASA and they were wearing the same outfit down to the shoes when we moved in! I did not meet her before going to that school....(can you say Twilight Zone???)
