The replies have
NOTHING to do with Kappa Delta, which is an excellent chapter and highly regarded on campus. They have everything to do with
your limited view of FSU Greek Life.
You were given honest opinions regarding your chances. I'm sorry that wasn't the news you wanted, but you did hear the truth. Most chapters at FSU do not participate in spring COB. That's not to say it doesn't happen, but you shouldn't pin your hopes on a single chapter, because it is unrealistic.
