I'm glad everything worked out with you and your friend
I know where you're living can sometimes cause much drama between friends. My grandfather owns the building I live in and remodeled my apartment jsut before I moved in. On campus housing is VERY VERY hard to come by at my school, so my friend who transfered here from Arizona really wanted to live with me in rent-free apartment when she made the move here to Cali, unfortunately I had already asked another friend.. to move in. ( I knew I couldn't live with my friend who was transfering because we had one of those love/hate type friendships) and the friend I asked to live with me is liek my closest friend and we have similar living habits.. we're clean and don't drink too much and are very laid back. NE WAY.. some how transferring friend thinks we're going to be living together, and FLIPS out when I have to explain that she's not invited to live here... like flipped out so bad.. she denounced me as a friend. I was like umm.. you really have no right to be mad at me because I never made you any promises. NE way... Just a little story. Your friend is MUCH more understanding and I'm glad it worked out better for you than it did for me. =)
