forgive the sexist undertones but a mother has to be insane to do this to someone they carried in their womb. this is sad. nobody wins.

Since she had the presence of mind to photograph the incident, then transmit it to a friend as a "joke," I'm going to be very skeptical that she could meet any definition I've ever heard. That's an assumption on my part, but I think, a pretty safe one.
As far as the child goes, if the situation was completely in my hands, I'd see to it that the child was adopted out of this family completely and into a new family which had no inkling that this child was fellated by its biological mother at the age of two.
