If the policy is for an advisor to be physically present during recruitment, the president or VP-recruitment should have notified headquarters
immediately when that advisor failed to be present. It sounds to me like headquarters should have already been advised of this situation. My advice would be for you, another volunteer, or the current collegians to notify them now.
