Gamma Phi has done incredibly well since colonizing at USC in 2004. They somehow managed to raise funds to build a gorgeous house worth nearly $2,000,000 that opened in the Fall of 2007. I believe another chapter (or two) will see their success and know that it can be done and will be willing to consider colonizing at USC.
Since Phi Mu is presenting at Clemson I doubt they would make a presentation at USC as well. When I hear who does I will update.
