An additional thought: Since bars can be held liable if they serve alcohol to a person who then drives drunk and causes an accident, and parents can be held liable if there is a party at their house with alcohol and someone leaves and drinks and drives causing an accident, can fraternities be held liable if they serve alcohol to a person who then drives and causes an accident?
