20 minutes on the bike today. I strained my shoulder the other day, and my doc has advised me to take it easy with upper-body exercise, but I wanted to do something.

I took a ballroom dancing class for credit toward my P.E. requirement in college. I was kind of amused that such a fun activity counted as P.E. (Then again, sex burns calories too.

) My husband (then-boyfriend) and I took the ballroom dancing class together, and at my sorority semi-formal that winter, we asked the DJ to play a waltz - and we were the only couple on the dance floor. We really showed off... haha
