Update
LXA hosted a band party Friday, Sept 26. Early Sat. morning at about 4:30 a group decided to go for a drive. The driver had been drinking at the party but it is not known what condition he was in at the time they left the party. The driver lost control of the vehicle and left the road, the driver was thrown from the vehicle and the vehicle rolled on top of him. The other passengers of the vehicle survived.
