For regular rowers, this isn't too much of a workout, but for someone like me, who never was a fan of the rowing machines, and hasn't been working out on one regularly in years, this was a tough workout. And now I am sore. I just keep telling myself that the more sore I am now, the less sore I will be after races this fall.
