I guess I'm still young enough to be irritated when I get carded...
My husband and I went out for drinks the other night. I got carded, he didn't. He's less than a year older than I am. Now, I can count on one hand the number of times I've been carded since I turned 21, and I'm 26. I didn't even get carded on my 21st...!
(I noticed but decided not to mention to my husband, that this particular place had posted a policy that they card anyone who looks like they're under 40. If I'd mentioned that to him, he'd have ordered an extra 3 or 4 drinks.

- How old are you?
- How often do you get carded? (Bars or nightclubs, where they card everyone at the door as a matter of course, don't count.)
- What's the drinking age where you are, if not 21?
