If they are located in Houston perhaps they have been affected by
HURRICANE IKE? Cut them some slack, they may have lost everything, including their store, ordering system, or their homes. I had a problem with an order from a company in that area and that was why it was delayed. Not only is the business affected, but their employees have suffered losses as well.
