Well, if you are so concerned, why not contact that chapter? I mean, if it's your chapter, that should be the first thing you check...
Instead, you chose to post a picture of your old damaged house on the internet. While it was on the ENMU site, you chose to put it into view of many more people. And, you chose to call out your old chapter that's in trouble. Putting ZTA business out into a public forum is in bad taste. Perhaps you could try the private sisters site.
