Well, thanks to Ike I am not running the Lewis & Clark half marathon right now.
75 minutes after I left my house I was still in a line of hundreds of cars trying to get to the start. Once the start time came and went, I pulled out of line and came home. It took me less than 30 minutes to get home, even considering how slow I was driving!
Oh well. Who wants to run 13.1 miles while getting 3+ inches of rain dropped on you with the risk of flash flooding, right?
