Pi Lambda Zeta has 16 Associate Members (with a possible 17th). Several of them are extremely promising leaders (2 are RA's, one is spearheading another organization on campus currently). Exciting times now, but it is the last year we will have the Founders around. It looks like we'll have ~ around 68 member equilibrium (excluding our 16 inactive 6th years, 52), no small feat.
