I think MissyM is long gone.
Here's a recipe I found online. Although I'm shocked - SHOCKED -that they would use refrigerated biscuit dough instead of making up their own fresh. Bless their hearts.
Cranberry Grunt
Serves 8-10

12 oz. washed fresh or frozen whole cranberries
1 lb. peeled and medium diced sweet apples, such as Rome or Jonathan
6 oz. apple juice
4 oz. brown sugar
1 oz. butter
½ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. allspice
8 each ready-to-bake biscuits (refrigerated biscuit dough)
3 oz. strawberry or raspberry preserves
  • Preheat oven to 425º F.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, apples and apple juice. Bring to a fast boil, cover, reduce heat and allow to simmer for ten minutes.
  • Remove from heat, quickly stir in sugar, butter and spices. Stir to combine.
  • Allow to stand until room temperature.
  • Grease a half steam table pan.
  • Flour a table or cutting board. Roll biscuit dough out to form one sheet, about ½ inch thick.
  • Spread preserves thinly over dough. Roll dough up (like a jelly roll).
  • Cut into 8 1-inch pieces.
  • Place cranberry mixture in steam table pan. Place rolled biscuits on top of cranberries.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
Serve warm. Use sweeter apples, as the cranberries are tart. If
cranberries are not available, frozen blueberries can be used.
