Are there any organizations that are inclusive with membership? Any that deal without the rush, bids, and selection process? Are there any groups that allow all applicants or potential members to go through the NM process?

I am interested to see if there are other groups that use this method.

I understand the 'quality over quantity' but often I read on GC about potential members who 'slip through the cracks,' often don't receive invites back to the chapter, and end up seeking membership elsewhere or completely dropping from Greek life.
