So I sat down and read this thread in one sitting (when I'm SUPPOSED to be writing a paper...eek!) and I'm so impressed by you for turning your recruitment situation around and doing your own thing! I think you're the same age as me, and I just can't imagine taking on all of the stuff that you are. Keep your head up and don't give up-- you've come way too far for that!
