I visited my friend at Penn who is a Phi Kap. Beautiful campus, beautiful houses. Philadelphia weather is very similar to DC, the nicest time of year IMO. Probably upper 60s-low 70s, so I'll let you be the judge of whether that is short or sweater weather for you.
There will probably be some nice fall foliage... I should go up there too around then!
