for my birthday bash this yr, we threw a Graffiti party, and we had went to wal-Mart and just brought a bunch of the fruit of the loom shirts as well as the little boy shirts and they all worked perfectly. Thats usualy the best bet, most people don't wear the shirts after the party like someone else mentioned due to the lovely remarks. (although I still wear mine

Blank shirts give you more room to work with and then you don't having people write all over them. Also to cut cost maybe ask people to bring their own tshirts or tanks to write on
