I don't know if it's because we're a No Fault Insurance state, but here, if a parked car is hit, there is no deductible and they cannot raise your rates because you had no control of the situation...
I posted our bad car luck back in the rush thread where you first mentioned this, but my brother's car was stolen while sitting in front of our house while he was away at college and my dad and I didn't even notice because my mom was in the hospital at the time and we were really distracted! We picked up my bro at school and brought him home for a weekend and he says "Where's my car?" Uhhhh, errrrrrr... We had no clue it was even gone or for how long!
