The long battle of houses for chapters at UCF. There is talk of a Greek Park 2. However, greek park 2 would be a dorm style housing/apartments. The state has approved GP 2, we're just awaiting UCF - which had other ideas to finish up before GP 2. If GP 2 is dorm style, it would still be a major disadvantage for the unhoused sororities/fraternities as the older sororities have mansion style houses.

UCF just demolished the old, run down, PIKE house. Their plans are to build 2 houses on that land. Whether it goes to Greek housing or not - we're not sure yet. Hopefully it will, and hopefully it'll go to sororities.

UCF is also in battle with the old SAE and Sig Ep houses. UCF is in talks of purchasing those houses and potentially renting them out to Greek organizations.

Eventually talk will be of rushing out of a common location to make it fair, or get ALL of the sororities houses! I know I have been waiting a house for a long time, and I already graduated!!
