Just talked to my daughter. Parties are supposed to start around 3 central time. She didn't know the reason for the delay though. Surely, the actives will understand when the PNMs come in with damp shirts, squishy sandals and not so perfect hair. Oh, my! Think of the humidity!! Everyone should be....glowing!
