How did they go about increasing the numbers for recruitment??
I'm worried about Western Carolina's sorority recruitment....When I was an undergraduate we usually had around 125 go through recruitment with 90ish sign bid cards...
this last recruitment only 55 signed up and 35 signed bid cards...maybe your Panhellenic can get Western in gear LOL
We don't do formal until the spring which is a downer anyways...I'm so nervous about this semester...We need 23 women to get to chapter total (55). I just did my recruitment workshop last week and informal recruitment kick starts next week!!
I'm getting soooo anxious...and I'm really hoping for a great turn out for Formal in the spring...I might not have any hair left if the number trend keeps going the way it goes!!!
