I read the article. Is he racing the 3 in the Nationwide series or Cup? the way I read it, it looks like it's going to be in Nationwide. If it is, that doesn't count. If it's cup and the car is painted black with the same sponsor then that's when it counts. The 3 would have to have the same font too. Harvick carries a small 3 on his car.
