I absolutely ADORE Express jeans......I have at least one pair of every style!!! They are some of the only ones that fit my waist and butt (I still have the "black girl gap" but its not as bad as with other jeans) and they come in lengths.
I also like lei and Paris Blues jeans--but they have to be stretch--the regular ones are cut to small in the thighs.
