No. If a chapter participates in Bama's Formal Recruitment they
must accept Upperclassmen. After each round we are given a number of Upperclassmen we
must invite back to the next round. We
must submit an Upperclassmen Bid List. After bid matching, we
must then pledge those Upperclassmen who matched/received bids.

While I understand your logic, I doubt it. There are simply too many interested parties (collegians, parents, alums, friends and other family members) who want to know this info. Holding off for several weeks might cause an uproar. Instead I suspect the reason why it hasn't been posted yet is that Panhellenic or UA News website simply hasn't gotten around to it. It should be coming soon.
