I feel that "Black America" and America in general have too many leaders. Leaders have to have followers/attention in order to be effective. I think that America needs more heroes, the people who do what is right no matter who is looking, and don't expect to get a pat on the back, a check, or a soundbite every time they do something good for the community or the world. America also needs folks who won't "punk out" when things get adverse, either.
