If you haven't been working out, try doing only part of the workout to start with - work up to it. It's never wise to dive straight into a full workout regimen when you've been sedentary. You say it's only 20 minutes but also that it's difficult - try doing only 10 minutes.
Drink lots of water, warm up and cool down with some light stretching.
If it continues, talk to a doctor. It's possible you're overdoing it, and it's possible that you're just coming down with something.
