I talked to BUCutie earlier, but I'll post here just in case anyone else ever runs across a similar problem.

I told her that her dizziness might have come from getting her heart rate up too fast in such a short amount of time. Exercise videos are a little different from a workout in the gym as they are excellerated and you don't have time to pause (unless you stop the video yourself). In the gym at least, you have time to walk from machine to machine inbetween sets...and grab some water.

As I told her she might want to just slow it down and not feel obligated to finish the whole video...it could just be she's not used to that kind of workout.

Furthermore, eating an hour or two before is okay, but it's really important (especially if you lift weights) that you take in protien afterwards. Protien is especially helpfull when you finish weight lifting because it helps keep your body from burning your muscle.

At any rate...take it easy, go at your own pace, drink lots of water, and if you continue to get dizzy or feel your heart race really rapidly hours AFTER a work out...contact a doctor!
