I know a couple fraternities from my school had their formal in Chicago.
I went to one at The W Hotel, the hotel was super nice and modern. We didn't stay there though
We stayed at the Congress Hotel on Michigan Ave.
Another fraternity rented out a bar in Wrigleyville and I guess it was pretty cool/fun.
