The CRG graffiti would have been a good clue if there hadn't been another episode where you could see graffiti that said "mol," with an arrow pointing to Nicole.
I thought the fact that Craig's name was never called for test results was a reasonably good clue, as was the inclusion of the ccordinates for San Diego. The best clue was the "four
