After spending my first year in the real world I was so used to professional attire I forgot how underdressed our collegians were for badge attire.
I also used to work in a retail department store so I always had something overly dressy and not borderline casual for badge attire
Dressing professionally is so great to make a good impression...this year during recruitment I plan on getting dressed up nicely for my ladies!
