When I was in undergrad a few years ago, we worked hand-in-hand with our parent club. Many of our sisters had parents who either owned their own businesses or was in a position to be able to recommend some sort of sponsorship.... local businesses (or nationals with a local office) are always looking to show community support to the local universities or colleges, so that's another route.
