Janet is just getting older. No more baby fat to soften her look and all that surgery starts to become more apparent. And she has lost a LOT of weight. She's a size zero now. 
For people who are naturally that size it's one thing but we all know that Janet was built chunky. She really busted her butt to get where she is and lost a lot of her femininity on the way
