While it has not been a good week for me to get to the gym [pesky migraine, occasionally pesky children, and pesky work got in the way], today I hit 100 miles since convention

Looking forward to the kids going back to school on Monday and getting back into my regular gym routine. Tomorrow morning [guess it's really a few hours from now] I'm planning Interval training on the elliptical as well as a full circuit of the weights - I can't wait!
