Hi hun,
I'm really sorry. She must have been really special to you---I am a cat person myself. Just know that she is not suffering anymore and is in a much better place. I have had an older housecat since she was a small kitten and I cannot imagine losing her, but I know the time will come.
I know this may sound cheesy, but she is like a sister (relative) and my company.
