yea, we use Dreamweaver and needless to say, it's annoying as hell. I don't think our website has been updated since I graduated in '06. I'm the recruitment advisor of my chapter, and I think having a good website is essential nowadays for attracting new members to your organization.
I'll definitely check out Chapter Communications. Thanks!
