He needs to come back!
Plus, he was on some superhuman stuff to be able to walk about without half of his face like that. Certainly a fall off a building won't kill him!!!!
I predict that Scarecrow will get out of jail, TwoFace will come back, and they will get The Joker out of his holding cell. Then they'll hook up with some other bad guys and whoop that raspy lisp out of Bale's Batman.
