Your faculty advisor should be ok regardless of any other greek affiliation. A faculty advisor is different from a chapter advisor. In my local organization we did not have a chapter advisor (largely because as a local it wasn't as necessary, nor did we have anyone really to fill the spot), and our faculty advisor for all but one year was a guy.
He would sign off on docs for us, and sometimes host us in his house after initiation. But he didn't come to meetings, nor did he participate in ritual, so his greek affiliations and the fact that he was a guy didn't factor.
