Real answer: You come dressed in anything except for normal clothing. You could wear a lampshade over your junk, rock a bed sheet toga, or duct tape your man boobs. Anything is fair, except actual clothing.
This is actually more often done as "anything but a cup" - where I generally drank out of a dog bowl or a shoe.
