How do you guys instill enthusiasm in your chapter and get all of the chapter members to be excited about doing things other than social events? I advise a small chapter who most of the members just seem to go through the motions and aren't excited about things like meetings, philanthropies, etc. Any suggestions on how to increase their excitement are welcome!
