I'm guessing LOVE is the tin man needing a heart, HONOR is the cowardy lion (Sir Fidel?) and TRUTH is the scarecrow looking for a brain.
Also, I just posted on the GC Recruitment forum about one of my favoirte skits we did back in the 1990s that could easily be updated for today if you are not set on the whole Wizard of Oz thing. PM me if you need a better description.
